By creating an account or using Gangavathi Jobs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal working age for the role) and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTPs with anyone — our staff will never ask for them.

2. Job seekers

• Applications are free within your plan's limits. Paid memberships unlock extra applications and employer contact details for the stated period.
• Never pay any employer to get a job. Report any job that asks for registration fees, deposits or advance payments.

3. Employers

• Job posts must be for genuine vacancies, describe the role honestly and comply with Indian labour law. Charging candidates any fee is prohibited.
• Candidate data may be used only for recruitment for the job applied to, and must not be sold or shared.
• We may review, reject or remove any job and suspend accounts that violate these terms, without refund of the affected credit where the violation is serious.

4. Plans, payments & refunds

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Plans activate only after successful payment verification and expire automatically at the end of their validity. There is no auto-renewal.
• Unused job-post credits expire with the package. A job rejected by moderation returns its credit to your package.
• Refunds: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the plan (no applications made / no jobs posted with it). Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Duplicate or failed-but-debited payments are always refunded.

5. Content & liability

Employers are solely responsible for their job posts and hiring decisions. Gangavathi Jobs is a platform connecting job seekers and employers and does not guarantee employment or the conduct of any user. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Koppal, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
